I Heart Faces ~ "Pets Only" Photo Challenge

I don't know that I will ever love another picture of my dogs as much as I love this one.    At the time, our new puppy was trying to test the waters with our older dog.  Sometimes, he liked the little puppy and sometimes he didn't.   When I saw her lay down next to him and he didn't get up and move, I thought, "You did it little girl!  You have finally won him over."  
...and they have been inseparable ever since.

I have been so busy lately that I totally forgot to post some pics from my friend Teri's graduation party.  It seems like she has been in nursing school forever and finally she has graduated!!  Tomorrow is a big test day for her - so good luck Teri!!

It was so much fun doing this session!  
I used to work with Lisa many years ago, so we did a lot of catching up too.  
This was the first time that I had met the rest of the family though.  
We had a bit of a hot, humid day, but that didn't stop Mia - she posed like a champ!

I've known Jamie & Niki for years, so it was a lot of fun spending the afternoon photographing them and cute little Kyler.  
Doesn't he have the most beautiful big brown eyes?!?!  and I absolutely love the cute little outfit Jamie and Niki picked for him!

You may recognize two of these cuties from previous sessions.  The newest addition, Kyler, was born last year.  He is Jordan and Andon's cousin.  The three of them together are ridiculously cute!  I'll have some family pictures to share later of Kyler with his mommies, but for now, check out these adorable little guys + one cute little gal!

It's almost impossible to pick a few favorites from this birthday party.   With ponies, bunnies, tug-of-war, and so many cute little kids running around, you couldn't help but to always have a smile on your face.  One little girl even said, "All of my dreams came true today!"  How sweet is that?!?  :)

Josh Johnson Photo Workshop ~ February 27 and 28, 2010

I recently attended a weekend photo workshop given by Atlanta area wedding photographer, Josh Johnson.  I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about the experience.  I first heard of Josh last year when I was planning my own wedding.   It was awesome to learn from someone whose work you admire already.
